See our styles page to choose which colour you prefer and nominate this on your order. Frame Colours: Shade Umbrella frames come in standard black and white powder coat colours. Custom colours are available at no extra cost though delivery will take longer. When requesting a custom colour, to ensure a colour match, please provide us with your Pantone PMS, RGB or CMYK colour number or powder coat colour number. Pick Up or Delivery: You can nominate to pick up you new shade umbrella/s from our factory in Kilcoy. See our factory address below and nominate this option on your order. We can also pack and deliver your new shade umbrella/s within 150kms of Kilcoy free of charge, or to any location in Australia with a delivery oncost added. Please nominate Packing and Delivery on your order for this option and we will quote you for Delivery after we receive your order based on your location. Please allow 10 - 21 days for delivery depending on your location. We will confirm your delivery time and charge after we receive your order. Payment: We can process your payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. We will organise payment with you once we receive your order. For the 4 metre umbrella you will need a minimum excavation area of 400mm x 400mm x 1.2 metres deep and the 5 metre umbrella requires 500mm x 500mm x 1.2 metres deep for the baseplate installation or equivalent area of reinforced concrete for dynabolt installation. Professional Installation: Or we can arrange installation in the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Caboolture, Esk Valley, Kingaroy and Kilcoy areas. Please be advised the installers will need to visit your property and provide a quotation for the installation of your new shade umbrella/s unless you are located within 150kms of Kilcoy the installation fee is $330.
